I only just became aware of Alberta and her life/quest thru her memorial tribute on the Sea Shepherd website.
She clearly was an admirable role-model and beacon of truth & integrity, indeed, a true whale warrior in the noblest sense!
Earth will be a bit emptier and heaven a lot richer now...
Shalom!

Mrs. Thompson, you truly have a warrior spirit, to stand up for Creation so steadfastly. Thank you for all you did to make this world a better place. May your spirit rest in peace. God bless you, and may He comfort your friends and family. Your story is inspiring to me, and even though I did not know you, I will remember you.

I was lucky enough and blessed to have met Binki just this past March when Will Anderson and I drove out and spent some time with this amazing individual. Binki and Will have fought the good fight for many years and I he loved her like a mother. After hearing the stories and finally getting to meet Binki I can see why. I was moved to tears watching the two of them interact and listening to them share memories and felt the importance of Binki’s role in this world. We are all less for the loss of Binki. May you rest in peace Binki.
