Dearly beloved in Christ, Alberta is rejoicing and worshiping the Lord Jesus, and may you be comforted, all who miss her.
God has a special blessing for her, because in her old age she stood up against those with sinful desires of greed to harm the whale. She applied Galatians 6:9 to her life: "Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up."
For the Bible says in Proverbs 12:10 "A righteous man cares for the needs of his animal, but the kindest acts of the wicked are cruel." Let us pursue righteousness while it may be found. Seek the true and living God, for Alberta's strength came from knowing Him.
Be comforted in knowing that she corrected, rebuked and thwarted the plans of the wicked, understanding Proverbs 21:6 which tells us that "A fortune made by a lying tongue is a fleeting vapor and a deadly snare." For this life is short, but eternity never ends.
To all who knew her, you are blessed to have seen the fruit of her courage. May God uphold you with even greater courage to stand firm in the fruit of the Spirit, which is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. (Gal 5:22-23).
Lovingly, Trish
