My deepest and sincerest condolences to the family of Alberta Thompson. I never met Alberta, but from what I have learned, she was a rare individual that did not hesitate to stand up for the powerless, who spoke up for the meek, and was first to volunteer to protect the work of the Creator. Nature can and will rejoice in her. May her children and her children's children continue her work and compassion for all living things.

I wish to pass on my respect for a truly great & inspirational lady. To stand tall in her beliefs against great odds showed great strength of character & sets a fine example for us all.

Although being a fair distance away, and not knowing "Blinky", I know how hard she fought for the whales and for that, she will forever have a place in my heart.
Rest in Peace, Blinky. Know that you were loved by a generation of people all around the world, and the whales that you saved are singing your praises!
