Barbara Evelyn Anderson born on September 27, 1932 in Waltham, Massachusetts, has entered into the presence of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday, September 16, 2023. Her parents were Alexander Parker Smith and Ruby May (Hart) Smith. Barbara was the youngest of nine siblings: Brothers – Charles, Eugene, Jack, and Arthur Smith. Sisters – Marion Hamm, Helen Thomas, Vera Pike and infant daughter Dorothy Smith. All are deceased.

Barbara graduated from Waltham Senior High School and then went to attend Eastern Nazarene College. In December 1954, she moved to Pomona, California and married Arthur Nelson Snyder. They had three children. They were later divorced. In October 1964 she married Donald Lee Anderson. Donald passed away September 14, 2020.

She leaves behind five children: Cynthia L. Swanson (Mark); Raymond G. Snyder; Richard A. Snyder, step-children Alys L Beisley (Jim) and Conni L Joslin (Nigel). She also leaves behind twelve grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
