Lloyd Flatau Jr., age 69, passed away on May 18th, 2021 at his home in Port Angeles. He graduated from Port Angeles High School in 1969 and Concordia University in 1975.

Lloyd was born in Port Angeles, Washington to Eleanor (Bruns) Flatau and Lloyd Flatau Sr. on July 1st 1951. He married Kristine Haugland on May 17th 1986. He worked at PenPly lumber mill until 1985. He then purchased Mobile Pressure Cleaning, which he operated until retirement in 2017. He was a respected business owner in the Clallam County community and active in St. Matthew Lutheran Church and Independent Bible Church.

Lloyd is survived by his wife Kristine Flatau; daughter Wendy Markusen, son-in-law Leland Markusen, grandsons Landon and Cole Markusen; son Caleb Flatau; brother Marlin Flatau; sister Cheryl Coscarart; and extended families of the Flataus and Hauglands. He was preceded in death by parents, Lloyd Louis Flatau Sr. and Eleanor Flatau; and sister Ella Loy (Flatau) Boyd.

A Celebration of Life will be hosted by family on Saturday, July 10th at 1PM at Independent Bible Church, 116 E. Ahlvers Rd, Port Angeles. Family, friends, and community members are invited to attend. Light refreshments will be served.
