Lower-Elwha Tribal Member, Stephanie Robin Charles passed away, after her lifelong battle with Cerebral Palsy on Friday, December 17, 2021 at her Port Angeles home. She was 54.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 22 at Place Road Tribal Cemetery in Port Angeles, led by her brother, Reverend Ben Charles Jr.
